Max is a 7-month-old Australian Shepherd in Ansonia, CT, who needs $2,000 for Femur Surgery.

Max is my first and only puppy… he is very very special to me, Max keeps me levelled mentally. He lives with just myself and his brother Isaiah(cat).

He loves loves loves playing with his cat brother Isaiah. He’s gets along with him so well! They enjoy each other company. I’ve never seen a cat and a dog get along so well.

Max is so special to me because he can sense when I’m having a bad day and will come and cuddle with me or play with me to get my mind off the situation. He knows if I am focused on him I’m always happy.

My puppy is 100% healthy. He recently broke his femur on my stairs going outside. He feel down 6 steps! I rushed him to north haven animal hospital late late to see if they can tell me why he was not walking on his leg! They confirmed he had broke his femur. I always had a cray done at the Woodbridge CT Vet hospital and they also confirmed it was broken and absolutely needed surgery to repair.

I have an eye condition that makes my life difficult. I have symptoms of a tumour. I sadly had to leave my job to focus on my health and be able to go to doctor appointments and treatment. I financially am struggling to support his medical expenses as of right now.
