A friend purchased Max for me to be a guide dog unfortunately he is very timid. I picked him up on a day that was over 100 degree temp he and his sister where outside in the heat Max ended up having a heat stroke within 30 mins after I got him. It took 3 days with a dropper to get him hydrated. The vet didn't think he would survive but he did and I am so thankful he did

Max loves everyone, there is nothing but love in his heart. Kids are his favorite humans. We live behind a high school and an elementary school and he loves to lean over the back of the couch to look out the window to watch them until recess is over. Anyone that comes into our home, strangers included becomes his new best friend. He just wants love, cuddles and playtime

Max pounces like a cougar with his front legs when he plays it too funny, he also lays his upper body down with his butt up. Max has this sound he makes when he talks to you it reminds me of Chewbacca in starte. He also comes into the bed and just falls over on me tilts his head back toward me and just stares into my eyes.

Max has allergies year round, he also has acid reflux these are ongoing issues but right now Max has a Tumor above his paw pad on his back foot we do not know if it's cancerous. The vet can remove most but not all of it because of were its located. The vet at countryside animal clinic is the only vet in that cli ic and she is awesome with Max

I am on disability I have arthritis throughout my body I also have depression. My Max has been my best friend and companion, my therapist and my entertainer. It breaks my heart to see his suffering and I can't. I need to see him pain free and healthy. He's my baby
