About this campaign
Max was brought into our life when he was 2 1/2 years old. He grew up on a farm with lots of different farm animals. He later moved into an apartment and the owner could no longer take care of him. Just due to not being home as often. So he was gifted to us, and have been apart of our family ever since.
Max is such a love bug. He thinks he is a small dog that could sit on your lap comfortably. He loves interacting with the kids. Whether it’s playing with sticks or laying in the bed watching a movie with us. We like to call him the big baby of the house because he is such a baby and love the attention he receives from us.
I really love how Max is protective of everybody. He has protected our family on walks and in our yard from strays that have tried to run up on the kids and ourselves. It’s hilarious to see how Max really loves loves loves sticks. He gets super focused and zeroed in when we find him a stick to play with. Depending on the size, we love playing tug of war with him. He has been nothing but a pleasure
Max is in dire need to get this large mass removed from his leg. It’s pretty big and heavy. Weighing at least 3-5 pounds. The vet stated it looks like it is ready to burst any day. The hospital he is attending is called Banfield Pet Hospital at our local PetSmart.
It would mean a lot for us to be able to give him the life he deserves without having that large mass on his leg. It makes us nervous to see him run and play with such a large tumor on his leg. It’s at the point of bleeding now. He has so much energy and life left to live.
