Maya is a 5-year-old Boston Terrier Mix in Smyrna, DE, who needs $2,000 for Surgery or Amputation.

I got Maya when she was 8 weeks old from a family friend, she’s currently 4 and will turn 5 next month! She lives w my dad, daughter and I, she’s a lovable little baby who loves her outside time, walks and cuddles and ATTENTION, and I love giving it to her lol so much that she’s a little spoiled now.

Maya loves sleeping in bed with any of us, she loves going to the beach and nature reserves, she loves walks around the neighborhood as well, she loves her treats and squeaky toys and bones, she’s truly an angel, she loves my daughter when we first got her she was so funny she would jump up and grab my daughters diaper and would pull on it as a way to get her to play with her!

She’s such a big cuddler and loves being right up under me, she loves playing with her squeaky toys and tennis balls! She loves fetch although she’s not too big in releasing lol she loves being under the blankets or on the pillows. She’s such a spunky sweet girl and I just hope that never changes for her.

A couple days ago maya had a leg injury breaking and rupturing bones in her rear right leg we took her to the veterinary hospital and they gave me her diagnosis, she requires surgery to fix it or an amputation, we have a appointment tomorrow 4/30 at a specialist to see what options are there and how much it will cost for surgery or amputation

I can’t imagine having to put her down bc I can’t afford the funds for her, with having a mortgage and being a single mother funds are already tight and honestly just getting my baby back to being herself will mean the absolute world to me.
