I got her when she was a few months old and she’s been with us every sense we sit on 3/4 of an acre so she has a huge backyard to explore there’s a park down the road from us that she loves going to she’s a Black and TanHound dog that is mostly black with a white shield on her chest she’s a pretty big girl weighing in at pretty much 100 pounds

As of right now it’s just me and my wife and two other dogs but we have a baby that was born a few weeks premature that is awaiting to come home from the hospital she can tell if any of us has had a rough day and always tries to come up to us and comfort us she loves running aroundIn the backyard with her to other dog friends

The total cost for everything that happened was around 12 K Which have in my meadow dogs around is worth it 100% I work full-time as does my wife just trying to recoup a little bit of money and have a little bufferIn case more treatment is required

Nine days ago Meadows got out of the backyard from a storm passing through blowing open the gate after searching for three hours for her I found her laying on the side of the road which we think she was hit by a car her diaphragm ruptured and most of her organs were pushed forward putting pressure on her lungs and heart, I see is currently at Gulfcoast veterinarian specialist

Everything about her brings a smile to my face she’s a tender pup as long as other dogs aren’t around while she’s eating lol She loves going swimming and I can’t wait to be able to take her out again she’s been my special girl for seven years now and I do anything to keep her around longer she truly is a special pup
