Meeko is a 11 year old Miniature Australian Shepherd in Orlando, FL, who needs $12,000 for Chemo, Amputation, ELIAS Immunotherapy.

I got Meeko when I first up and moved from MA to FL. He is my soul dog, who got me through all of my 20s into my 30s. He is the sweetest most gentle soul who loves his mom so much and it breaks my heart to see such an aggressive disease take days away from us. I don’t have a husband or children, just my two dogs who I love more than I can put into words.

Meeko just got diagnosed with bone cancer and a very rapidly growing tumor on his leg at blue pearl hospital in maitland. He is getting an amputation this week, and starting chemo/physical therapy asap. There is a trial called ELIAS that is going to cost an additional 12k (on top of the 14k for just chemo and the surgery).

Meeko is a mommy’s boy, and follows me around everywhere (even with pain in his leg he still follows me everywhere). He is a lover boy and the sweetest soul, and I can not imagine life without him. He has a very hyper puppy sister who he is very patient with even though I know he wishes he was the only child 😂 (he was for 9 years).

The job I had worked at for 6 years unexpectedly closed down, so I took out a credit card with a limit of 12.5k hoping that would cover the costs, but with the 12k ELIAS treatment and it only being a 33% success rate I can not afford a total of 26K+ 😭
