Megan is a 6-year-old Queenland/Black Mouth Curr mix in Corpus Christi, TX, who needs $1,053 for Surgery.

I saw an ad on Craigslist for Queensland heeler/Black mouth curr puppies. We had just lost our Queensland girl 😢 So my husband and I went to take a look. I saw this black and white speckle puppy and couldn't resist. So we brought her home with us. After the first day, I decided she just looked like a "Megan". Two weeks later we went back and got her sister, Ashley. Megan was elated!

Megan loves to sleep on my head with her face against mine. She loves getting hus, kisses and back scratches from whoever she can. She also gets along very well with the other pack members. She loves being a Mom to her Daughter, Betty.

Before her sister, Ashley passed from skin cancer, she loved playing with her, going out into the desert, hunting together and making friends with other people who happened to be camping. Now she focuses on her daughter, Betty. She likes to "talk" too. Sometimes she puts her nose on my lips and just stares at me. She's a happy girl.

Megan has been diagnosed with a really large bladder stone. She has a hard time urinating and it is painfull. And sometimes there is blood in her urine. The doctor says she needs surgery to remove it.

I am on Social Security Disability. My share of the house hold expenses leaves me with only a few hundred dollars each month. Megan doesn't have time to wait for me to save up the money for her surgery.
