Yesterday after work I went to try to locate 2 shepherds that was dumped in the woods, I never found them, instead I found this sweet puppy that we named Mercy. Some campers who helped me told me that she was dropped off in the middle of the woods and left for “survival of the fittest” upon close observation we discovered she had 2 large wounds on her neck, so we took her to our vet for treatment

From the 35 minutes we spent with this baby she was the sweetest. Always giving kisses and wagging her tail. She never cried or
Showed any sign Of pain

We would love to save Mercy. She deserves a chance at a happy life. To know what having a real family is like. Yo know a gentle
Hand and to have a safe place to live

Mercy was found dumped in the woods with 2 large lacerations on her neck. We took her to our vet for treatment. She was tested for heartworms, given shots and lacerations closed with a drain.

This is an unexpected bill that we do not have the funds for. We live off of my husbands VA benefits so money is tight.
We would love to give Mercy a home after her treatment
