Mercy is a 4 year old American Bulldog in Princeton, WV, who needs $2,000 for Care for Canine Paralysis and GI Issues.

When we got mercy we had to travel a hour away from where we live to get her. We got her at 5 weeks old. On the way home we tried to put her in a box but she want have that so we all took turns holding her and loving on her and every second since she had been by our side. She is the queen B of the house. Mercy is a very cautious dog but with saying that has also made her very smart.

For that last 3 months mercy has been sick back and forth to the vet with different issues each time. It started with her gagging like something is in her throat. Took her to vet and they said she has abscess in her neck. Now she is where every time she eats she uses the bathroom and losing weight like crazy. The last few days her legs are messed up to where we have to carry where she needs to go.

Mercy is a wonderful dog she gos crazy over food. It breaks my heart she is going down hill so fast and not knowing what is going to happen next to her. She has a wonderful personality. She will carry on a conversation with you it is so cute. She try to be just like us if you could meet her you would fall in love with her like we have.

My husband works but after we pay the bills and buy food for that week we have $50 for gas left over. Where mercy has been back and forth to the vet its hard to know what wrong with her because we can’t go over a $100 budget and they try to stay in that range.
