We rescued Michael Meowers when he was 2 years old. He is a FIP survivor and was super cuddly when we got him. He loved to play and would come if you called his name.

He started with a wet cough and very smelly breath. We took him to a vet where we found out he needs all of his teeth extracted. His gums are so inflamed that he won't let you near his mouth. It looks like he has stomatitis and is in severe pain. Antibiotics and steroids helped for a short time, but he really needs to have his teeth removed.

He is the only cat who comes to us when we call his name. It does not matter how far away we are in the house. He is a lover and unfortunately, he is being bullied due to his illness by the other cats in our home.

We have multiple cats and kids and recently came out of pocket thousands of dollars for one of them. We want to help our boy feel better again but just cannot afford to at this time. Our only other option will be to surrender if we cannot get his teeth removed.
