Mickey is a 1-year-old Mix in Freeport, NY, who needs $2,000 for Fermoral Head Fracture.

Well I remember I was walking to staple’s and as I was passing by this shelter, I see him on the window glass. I went inside and he was the only cat to run to me at the adoption center. He was so excited to see someone and I just knew he had to come home with me.I never owned a pet prior to this so convincing my parents took a lil bit but it was definitely a beautiful adjustment.

At home I have two younger siblings, My little brother or 10 years old and my nephew. They both love playing with Mickey, Mickey is a very active running cat prior to this, it hurts to see him just sit on the side and not really play as he used too. Everyone at home loves him, he sleeps in everyone’s room. I just can’t wait for him to start feeling better so he can live his life.

Mickey is the most playful cat ever, he loves meeting new people. He’ll just run up to you and sit on your lap and want you to let him. But he’ll start purring the whole time you’re petting him, just his say way of saying i love you. I’ve had friends and family members that were afraid of cats and after meeting Mickey they all feel in love with him.

My kitten of 18 weeks old, recently escaped my home and ran out. I was able to find him in the corner limping and at first I assumed he got into a fight with another cat until later that evening he was crying of pain. After taking him to the animal hospital, I was told he has a Fermal Head Fracture. I was told it was most likely he was kicked and beaten on the streets, and needs surgery ASAP.

I never done anything like this to ask strangers to help raise money for my kitten, but i’m currently a full time college student and it would mean the world for me to see my cat walk again without limping. I don’t have much money to afford his surgery so anything helps ♥️.
