Mickey is a 4-year-old Yorkie in Rockledge, FL, who needs $769 for Surgery.

Mickey is 4yo and along with his sister Minnie they are from texas but live in Florida with our small family. Mickey is the guardian of our home (or so he thinks!). He has been with us through many battles including being one of my biggest support after I became paralyzed. He is sweet, gentle and at the same time strong, active and It's so cute when he tries to be tough and howl like a wolf.

Mickey has become one of the biggest support and motivations for our current situation. Like many other people I became a victim of COVID and was diagnosed with Guillain Barre two five months ago. Currently I am learning to walk again and this little guy has not left my side since I came back home from rehab. When I feel sad he is always licking my tears and making me feel special again.

Mickey has always been so funny to watch. He loves us and his sister. He tends to hide the toys from her and put them up high were she can't reach because she is smaller and has a few more rolls in her tummy so she can't jump. He is super in tune when him and his sister coordinate attacks to trap geckos and feel like he saved our family of the biggest dangers.

Currently Mickey is being treated at Island Animal Hospital in Viera/Rockledge. He was diagnosed a second time with Calcium Oxalate stones (this kind does not dissolve) and he had a second surgery in less than two years. However, he also has stones in his urethra that at any moment can block the urine flow and needs another surgery in one month.

As I explained before and as you can imagine, after loosing my job (no benefits at this place) due to my health situation, our financial burdens have grown and we are trying to give our fur baby the best options of survival. So we need your help, please.
