Midnight is suffering from severe burn wounds all over his body. The most heartbreaking part is these injuries were not accidental and he is the victim of animal cruelty.

During a personal dispute with the dog's owner, an individual poured acid on Midnight causing the horrific burns. His owner did not want to deal with the inconvenience of getting Midnight care and dumped the dog.

Baw Baw stepped in to provide Midnight the emergency veterinary care he desperately needed. When he arrived at their clinic, he was lethargic and struggling with every breath.
