Midnight is a 9-year-old Lab/Rottweiler in Lewisville , NC, who needs $800 for Surgery.

Me and my fiancé got our dog when she was 4 weeks old and had to hand feed her goat milk until she was old enough to eat hard foods. We’re also in the middle of trying to find a permanent home for us as we’re currently paying rent to a family member. We are currently struggling when we found out her toe has cancer. She’s constantly in pain and we need help affording her surgery.

Midnight loves water and playing with other animals. She loves to cuddle up with cats we have a three year old son who she protects with her life. She loves for him to cuddle her and give her pets. She has been in our lives for 9 years and just don’t know what we would do without her. She is the key to our happiness and hope she’ll be okay.

Midnight has known how to sit and give both paws from the age of 2 months old. She sits and stays in place and has since she was 5 months old. She can make anyone smile just by her coming up to them: she’s always loved meeting new people and animals. Her wiggle butt is our favorite thing she does! She loves to chew rocks.

We are looking for help to have her toe amputated because cancer was found in it. We originally thought it was infection got antibiotics and then had her nails clipped. Took her back because she acted like it still hurt her. Paid $100 for the first bill and then 450 when we found out about the cancer in the toe. We are trying to use animal care clinic of rural hall North Carolina.

We live on just my fiancés paycheck with a three year old who constantly is growing out of clothes, shoes etc. we also are in the middle of trying to find somewhere for us to live permanently.
