I got Mighty Mouse in 2016 as my emotional support dog. I suffer from some mental health issues and she has always been aware when I am suffering and has been there to comfort me and help with my anxiety. She has been with me since she was 8 weeks old.

Mouse was under our coffee table on 9/19/24 and she yelped. She then was limping around and holding up her left hind leg. I took her to her vet, Dr. Emily Race at Skalkaho Creek Vet Clinic on the 24th and diagnosed her with a ruptured ACL and a subluxation patella (an MPL) she will need to have surgery to repair both problems. We met Surgeon Dr. Melnarik at Valley Pet Clinic in Hamilton ,MT.

Mighty Mouse is a very special little baby. She loves to play fetch with cat nip mice. She has a vamperina blanket and a Minnie Mouse pillow she loves to sleep with. She loves to sing to the J G Wentworth commercials. She has an older sister dog that is a mixed breed and weighs 45 lbs to mouses’s 9 pounds, her name is Grunt. Mouse likes to boss Grunt around and act like she owns the house.

The surgeries Mouse needs can be done by Dr. Melnarik at Valley Pet Clinic here in Hamilton, MT. He seems confident that it will be a success and will return Mouse back to her normal sassy self. My husband and I are on a fixed income. The surgeries will cost $ 1600.
