Mighty is a 15-year-old Chihuahua in Phoenix , AZ, who needs $2,000 for Dental Extractions.

I rescued Mighty off of Craigslist in 2012. His "ad" basically said "Free Chihuahua does not like people, does not like children , does not like other dogs, does not like cats, does not like anyone. Please come get him". At that time I used to peruse craigslist and try to educate people about placing free animal ads. I immediately went and got him and brought him home to safety and fell in love.

He was named Mighty for his 'tude! He's a typical Chihuahua who thinks he's bigger than he is. He bosses my pack around & they let him! It doesn't matter the size or age. The only one he doesn't boss is Josie the female Chi, she is just as sassy & he has a crush. He loves to be held & makes lil happy grunts & yawns when you kiss his sweet face. He does a lil dance when you scratch above his tail.

Oh yes, the way he struts his stuff! He bops up and down and his front paws crossover each other like a show dog and he's really quick. He also does this really happy bunny hop when my husband comes home from work. He does lil leaps in between and makes cute noises. I swear if I were to catch that in slow motion there'd be times all four feet are off the ground at once!

Mighty was diagnosed with stage two renal disease. He has a few teeth left which are bad & we need to remove them ASAP to help his kidney values & give him a better quality of life. Due to his age & kidneys, my regular vet had me go to a dog dentist for quote. Dr. Adrian at AZ Vet Dental Specialist is optimistic we can improve his health & quality of life with removing his remaining teeth.

I was laid off in November having 4 different dog emergencies since totaling about $10K. I maxed out credit cards & now using unemployment to take care of my babies. I've fallen behind on all bills as my dogs come 1st. I need help as I have 2 other dogs with $$ issues too.
