Mike is a 7 month old Mix-Breed in Deposit, NY, who needs $2,000 for Left Ventral Bulla Osteotomy.

I adopted little Mike from a local humane society on December 26th, 2024 - not even 3 months ago! He has two doggy brothers, Max and Marley, and two kitty brothers, Marty and Mio. His shelter name was Mike, I kept it because it fit right in with our "M" trend!

Mike was adopted with an "upper respiratory infection" and we were sent home with antibiotics. When he finished the antibiotics and was still showing signs of an infection, I took him to my regular veterinarian where he was given a different antibiotic. Still no relief. They then performed a CT scan which revealed an extremely large nasopharyngeal polyp, nearly blocking his sinuses entirely.

Mike and I had an instant bond, as you can see from his video and pictures. He lives on my shoulders or in the baby wrap I made for him. He absolutely loves his doggy brothers too and lets them give him baths.

We were given the scenario to either euthanize him or move forward with two very complicated and expensive surgeries that will grant him a normal, healthy life. I could not live with myself euthanizing a 7 month old kitten, knowing this surgery will grant him a healthy life
