Miko is a 1 Year Old Pomeranian in Riverview, FL, Who Needs $2,000 for Pelvic Surgery and Fractured Leg.

Miko was received by I and my husband as a replacement puppy by The Humane Society, we lost our other dog to them by being over medicated by one of their doctors. We received Miko at 4 wks. old he is now 1 years old ; he is our Veteran Emotional Support dog well trained loving and loves to play run and fetch toys. He lives with us along with his sister Freya a cat who is also an emotional support.

Miko was hit by a Jeep truck on Monday morning 12/8/2025 and he was in shock dying and I rushed him in panic to Livewell Animal Hospital in Riverview, Florida. He was diagnosed with a fractured leg in multiple places and a broken pelvis and he had hypothermia so he was hospitalized for two days until he was able to breathe on his own and coherent.

Miko is a frisky active little puppy that thinks he is human and he has a little man syndrome . He loves to wrestle and play with his sister Cat and they chase each other most of their active day , he loves to bring you toys and play tug of war until you are tired but he is a non-stop playful puppy that just loves people and children and he many friends in the neighborhood.

We are disabled unemployable Veterans with a fixed income with no means to afford his surgery, we were denied care credit application to support him, he really needs the surgery to be able to walk again the animal hospital recommendation was surgery or his leg would not work
