Millie is a 6 month old Mix-Breed in Boerne , TX, who needs $2,000 for Lung Surgery.

Millie is a Texas Heeler and came to Texas all the way from Kansas City along with my niece who is attending UTSA. She has a canine brother and a sister, Lola and Tucker, human aunt, uncle and cousin and her human mom. Additionally, her littler mate Riggs traveled with her to Texas and lives just down the road.
Millie is just under 6 months old and has her whole life ahead of her.

Millie presented on Monday morning with a loss of appetite and fever. Her local vet gave her Rimydal and said to keep her eye on things. As the next couple days progressed she started to pant heavily and we made another vet appt. Upon further review they referred us to a ER vet for a lung torsion. Millie has a severe lung infection and a 1/2 liter of pus was removed from her lungs today.

Millie’s favorite things are her toys and ball, the chickens, deer and her siblings. She loves to snuggle up at the end of a long day with us and watch tv.

To have Millie healthy again is important to us. We just lost my father in law in March and then one month later my mother in law had to put her old dog down. Millie has brought sunshine and color back to my niece and daughter’s life. Please help!!
