Milo is a 1.5 year old Mix-Breed in East Waterboro, ME, who needs $2,000 for Hospitalization and Fluid Therapy.

I just met Milo this morning, and I knew he was a special boy. His previous owners were not ready to part with him, and neither was I. He's not even 2 years old yet and has a chance to recover from this that I would love to be a part of.

Milo underwent surgery to remove a urinary blockage this morning. He is currently checked in to Maine Veterinary Medical Center for aggressive fluid therapy, with plans for an ultrasound and bloodwork to determine if more surgical intervention is needed or not.

While I did not get the chance to meet Milo at his best - as he was in critical condition on arrival... his previous owners were willing to part with him to give him a second chance. He has a cute little diamond on his nose and is polydactyl - so he has extra toe beans!

Milo was surrendered because his owners could not financially support the treatment that was needed to save his life. While I am approved for financing to pay for his care, I could really use the assistance especially in case his care involves a second surgery.
