Milo is my beloved dog and the one who saved me when no one else could. He was given to me by my parents during a very difficult period in my life, as they hoped having a dog would bring me comfort and stability. I grew up around dogs in the Philippines before moving to Canada, and Milo has brought that same sense of companionship and emotional support into my life here.
