Milo is a 3-year-old English Bulldog in Friendswood, TX, who needs $2,000 for Chemotherapy.

I got Milo during the pandemic because we knew it would be the perfect time to raise a puppy and I knew it would bring our family joy during a tense and uncertain time in the world. And boy was I right! Milo has brought our little family so much happiness and so many laughs. He is a member of our family and we love him dearly.

Milo rules the roost around here. He has a much larger and older brother Teddy who is a goldendoodle and two pesky cat siblings. Everyone around here does what Milo wants, all the time! He is our little prince and he is spoiled rotten. My two children love Milo so much and we all have so many memories with this sweet pup. Our home just wouldn’t be the same without him.

Milo is unlike any dog I have ever met. He is smart and so funny. He has BIG feelings and he always let you know what they are! He is a friend to all and he never meets a stranger. His two favorite things are getting new toys and going for walks. Wait…that’s a lie…his favorite thing in the world is FOOD!!! Milo will do absolutely anything for food and he has a nice, round physique to show for it!

Milo is 3 and has been relatively healthy until his recent cancer diagnosis. I was petting him one evening and felt under his chin and found his enlarged lymph nodes. I immediately googled what it could be and my heart broke when I saw the possibility of it being canine lymphoma. A vet visit the next day confirmed the awful news. Milo has cancer. We can’t bear the thought of losing our sweet boy.

I am a single mom of 2 wonderful kids and I am a public school librarian. Finances are always tight and Milo’s treatment is extremely expensive and beyond the limits of what I can afford. Being able to provide him with this treatment would mean everything to our family.
