My mom neighbor moved and left Milo behind. Last year I visited my mom, and seen Milo laying on our neighbor porch in the heat with no water or food. I immediately went inside grabbed a paper plate and put tuna on to feed him. I also provided him with a paper bowl of ice water. He moewed, as if he was saying thank you. I was in disbelief that my mothehad left him behind in this extreme Texas heat.

Over the coming months, I took Milo in to my home and housed him. A short time later, I ended up moving home with my mom as she fell ill. Milo is the most sweet and kind cat I’ve ever encountered. I suffer from depression, and shortly after I took him in I told my mom Milo gives me a purpose. I never thought I could care for a cat as much as I do. I’m in disbelief that someone would hurt my lovely sweet boy.

Currently, I’m off work due to stress and anxiety through my federal agency. I’m not receiving my full salary and I do not have the excess funds. I’ve called different animal clinics looking for help to no avail.
