Mina is a 3-year-old Pitbull Boxer Mix in Sacramento, CA, who needs $2,000 for Tibial Plateau Leveling Osteotomy.

I adopted Mina April 2018 from Front Street Animal Shelter after having my other dog Stormy put to sleep. Stormy was 13yrs. I named Mina after the movie Dracula, she was 10 months old when I got her. She is 3 now. She helped mend my broken heart after losing Stormy. Mina is pitbull/boxer and has a great personality.

Since bringing Mina home she loves the two calico cats I have Mochi and little kitty. She also loves the eight feral cats I take care of outside and she really loves the two month old kitten in the backyard that we named Freddie. Freddie comes in the house and curls up next to Mina. Mina loves me, mom and she really loves my husband Phil. She also loves my 5yr old grandson Elias.

Since Covid-19 my job has been closed since March. I work for Golden One Center, home of the Sacramento Kings and I'm on unemployment. I have care credit, but I don't know how I'm going to make the payments. She is in pain and needs help.

Mina has been diagnosed with a ruptured cranial cruciate ligament that requires surgery. The vet's name is Natomas Veterinary Hospital. The surgery date is Dec 7th. If she doesn't have the surgery it will only get worse. I love Mina with all my heart and she needs help for a better quality of life.

Mina has a personality that will melt your heart. She really loves meeting people and children. She loves going to the dog park and she will meet the humans first before meeting other dogs. She loves going on car rides and will sit in the passenger side like she's human. When my husband and I take her for a ride she will not let me sit up front, I have to sit in the backseat. Lol.
