We were in the pet store getting treats for our other 2 rescue dogs. We saw Mini, and could not leave her with the rescue organization. She is the joy of our lives.

Mini is a 1.5 year old sweet , mostly mastiff, female dog who can no longer walk without pain. She needs knee surgery on BOTH her rear knees. We’ve tried EVERYTHING to raise the money for the surgery but are falling short.

Mini has 2 brothers, both rescues and both are also suffering while watching Mini in pain. Mini keeps us safe from all the animals on TV! She barks furiously when she sees one and looks at us as if to say… don’t you see what I see? Mini is the baby of the family and loves to play with her older brothers - but she can’t now and that is heartbreaking.

We recently lost water to our home and had to replace the well and the line to our house. We did not have enough money to cover that expense and have nothing left for this surgery. I have applied for a care card-only approved for 20% of the total cost.
