About this campaign

Meet Minnie Mouse, a true warrior who was rescued from the euthanasia list at a municipal shelter by Tiki Kiti and Poni Rescue. When she arrived, she faced unimaginable challenges: a neurological brain injury, deadly 10 ft tapeworm, FHV, hookworm, MRSA, staph, strep, fungal infections, and autoimmune problems.

For nearly 7 months, Mousie received around-the-clock critical care, and thanks to an incredible team of rescuers, she survived it all. Now, after overcoming so much, Minnie Mouse is facing another challenge: mouth pain that makes eating difficult.

Her dedicated veterinary team at Tiki Kiti and Poni Rescue has scheduled her for a dental procedure with a specialist. While we won’t know until the radiographs are done how many teeth may need extraction, we know it could be several.

This small but mighty rescue has provided lifelong care for Minnie Mouse—covering every need, every treatment, every moment. Now, we are asking for your help to cover her upcoming dental care so Mousie can eat comfortably and continue living her amazing life.

Update 10/7/25
Sweet Minnie has been such a little fighter! This brave girl has been battling an upper respiratory infection, which has to clear up before she can safely go under anesthesia for her much-needed dental procedure.

Our vet is keeping a close eye on her and adjusting her care to help her recover as quickly and comfortably as possible. Once her infection clears, Minnie will finally be able to get her dental work done and start feeling so much better.
