Miso is a 3 year old American Shorthair in Ames, IA, who needs $2,000 for Gastrointestinal Surgery.

Miso came to me from the ARL almost 3 years ago. She has 2 cat brothers and 2 cat sisters. Miso has always been the most love giving in her life here. She always snuggle'swith her brothers and sisters, she'd always be the first to greet me when I came home.

Currently miso is not herself at all. She hasn't eaten for 4 days, and doesn't like to move around. I've taken her to the vet "Somerset hospital" and an ultrasound/x-ray showed a blockage in her digestive system. She's currently on fluids but they don't seem to be helping. Her condition is getting worse by the day and I hate to see her like this and I just don't want her to get euthanized.

Miso has always been special to me because she is the MOST Humble and loving cat I've ever met. She always put a smile on my face and would always love to snuggle or be held. She's also very kind and playful with her siblings.

I'm currently full time employed but I had no emergency fund ready for something like this. It's been very hard for me to pay my current bills alone and I just don't have the money for her surgery
