About this campaign
My sweet Missy was a gift to me by my fiancé from some friends of ours that breed Rottweilers. She was given to me to be trained as a service dog for me. I was diagnosed in October with multiple sclerosis. I do not have much of a income and still have not been approved for disability. With my oldest daughter graduating next month my funds are very thin. Any help would be more than appreciated
My Missy is in the process of becoming a service dog for me. 50% of the time it’s just me, my fiancé, my daughter(18 and graduating this year) and his daughter (10). The other time we have a full house with my other babies, my 13 year old son who has a disability as well with his heart and my 7 yr old.
My current financial situation is due to my disability of multiple sclerosis has kept me from being able to work full time and I having a hard time being approved for disability. I have 3 children of my own and 2 new children .
Missys medical background is 100% healthy. She has had all of her vaccines. I need to get her fixed. My veteran is Carthage veterinarian hospital. Dr Dean Yates, DVM. I know that it is very important to have your pets spayed and neutered. Missy means so much to me that I don’t want to send her to a vet that I don’t know to perform a surgery.
My Missy helps me, she gives me hope. She gives me more of a reason to get up and move around since all of my other kiddos can handle themselves. I have been in law enforcement since I was 18. My diagnosis has been a very hard and humbling experience. At first I was afraid to tend to a new puppy. From the first day I got her she has given me a whole new reason to continue.
