Missy was a gift. She was given to me by an old friend in 2012. She filled in the gap that my late golden retriever dog left in my heart when she died of cancer in 2009. She lived with my mom and I for the first four years of her life. Then we moved into town in 2016. She missed the quiet of the farm. But she finally accepted city life. When my mom died in 2022 Missy has stayed with me.
