Mister is a 5-year-old Labrador in Susanville, CA, who needs $2,000 for Chemotherapy.

I got to pick Mister as a puppy for a birthday gift. I had just lost my black lab and was gifted Mister to help heal my heart. Mister hasn't left my side since he came into our lives 5 years ago. He shares his house with his two humans and a Yellow Labrador named Chloe. He shares his outside with several chickens that he loves. He is an absolute people pleaser and loves attention from new people.

Mister jumps into bed with me to tuck me in, then lays at the foot of the bed. He LOVES his walks hand hikes and getting to run in snow. Depending on what Mister is telling me or asking, he has a variety of silly sounds he makes to let me know what he wants/needs. While his giggle ball has been his favorite toy since I got him, he is a sucker for a good stick to fetch and chasing bird in the sage.

Mister loves our other dog Chloe very much. He is also my husband's shadow. He has a special relationship with the FedEx driver that will leave him a treat on the porch with our package if Mister doesn't greet him. Mister has the silliest "talk" from a deep low voice when he wants a treat to a high pitch squeak when he wants his toys. He is always happy, but truly loves the snow.

Mister has lymphoma. His vet has been so helpful. Mister is in week 5 of 16 for chemo. His lymph nodes have gone back to almost normal size, but we're still in the critical treatment time. He has handled chemo pretty well so far aside from losing muscle mass from the medication and not feeling well on chemo days and the day after.

My husband was out of work for a medical emergency for a year. He was finally able to go back a couple months ago, but we are having to play catch up as he didn't receive full paychecks. Almost two months ths after he went back to work, Mister was diagnosed with lymphoma.
