Mittens in only 10 month old. He loves to be loved and is the biggest sweetheart and purr buddy when it’s time for bed. He is a big boy for only 10 month and I know he will bounce back from this.

I’m looking for help to pay for an emergency surgery for 10 month old Mittens. He has sustained an open fracture that requires amputation of his back leg. Reconstructive surgery would cost 10k plus. The vet said because of his age he could bounce back and lead a health life after amputation of the leg which would be around 4k. He’s such a sweet boy, any help is appreciated.

Mittens is special because he was found on the side of the freeway before he ran in the engine compartment of my sister’s car. Knowing I love cats and have done cat rescue she called me to help. It took overnight to get the scared little guy out of there. I only planned on finding him a proper home, but he is the biggest love bug I have ever met and I just can’t imagine life without him.
