About this campaign
I found my baby under a car covered in grease when she was four months old. When I looked into her green eyes, I just knew we would be the best of friends. I lived on campus and needed permission to keep her there with me. So, I went to counseling and got diagnosed with severe anxiety which allowed me to get a ESA. While I was in that process I was having difficulties finding a place to keep her.
She is a lovable cat who enjoys cuddles and back rubs. We recently got another kitten to add to the family, her name was Lucky. Mittens and Lucky got along great. They wrestle each other for fun and sometimes I will catch Mittens holding Lucky down and licking her all over her face. She is like a big sister to Lucky.
I am currently enrolled in school and don’t have enough money to help her the way she needs. I was hoping I could get some help from you guys to help my baby feel better. It hurts me to think that she might be in pain and I want to be able to help her!
Unfortunately my baby has been showing symptoms of a UTI and I need to get her some help before it gets even worse. I have not been able to even get her to a vet yet because all the vets near me want money up front, and I am not able to afford that at the moment. I am also losing hours from work due to classes starting which makes it even harder to pay for.
I love coming home and seeing Mittens looking out the window waiting for me to come home. She doesn’t like kisses but she will always come up on my bed to get cuddles and rubs. She loves treats so much that she doesn’t want to share those treats with the other cat. She is very shy and whenever there is something new that comes in the apartment she watches Lucky explore until she thinks it’s safe.
