About this campaign

I saved up for 3 years to purchase Mixz. Of course I did not know it would be her I was getting until much later. But there was a breeder local where I live in Sacramento and her website told me approx. how much she would cost and the deposit required to reserve her after she was born. I fell in love with the Bengal breed and saved up to get her. 3 years was a long wait. But she was worth it!

Mixy has never been a sickly cat. She has been very health with the exception of when I brought my 2nd Bengal home and I didn't know it at the time, but he was carrying with him an intestinal parasite. Mixy caught it and she almost died. I remember holding her when she was so sick and frail she could barely move and just crying my heart out. I blamed myself for bringing home a friend for her.

From the moment I brought her home, she was been a delight. She would curl up in a huge brandy snifter glass and sleep. She would chase this little toy mouse on the end of a fishing pole and literally do end-over-end flips chasing it. She would jump to the top of our front door and walk around on it. She would cry when she was eating at first - like she wanted her mama. She sleeps in my arms.

My husband just left me and I have not been able to pay my mortgage for 2 months. Mixy needs medical care now. I just do not have it. She is suffering and I cannot find a way for her by myself. I am reaching out for her for help. She is my best friend. Please help.
