Mochi is a 1-year-old Flamepoint Cat in Grand Prairie , TX, who needs $2,000 for Orthopedic Surgery.

i first saw mochi at pet smart in late November of 2022, and he at petsmart for about a month when i finally adopted him. he was a little spunky when i first met him but i knew he was going to help me feel like home.

mochi is such a goofball, yet so loving. he loves to cuddles with his bother beans whos only a couple months older than him, he also watches tv and listens to musis. but most importantly he LOVES to cuddle with me or my husband on the couch by the window, he spread his little legs and sleep until on of us moves.

mochi is one of a kind, ive never met a cat that understands human emotion like he does. if for some reason youre down, crying, stressed he knows it, he comes and lets you know that he is there for you, for anyone. especially children, he comforts them in a way ive never seen before. so much he LOVES to find qtips and hide them, he also loves to comfort others. i would love to return the favor.

on Jan. 27, 24 i woke up to mochi having a broken paw, we have no idea what happened and we took him to ST MINA ANIMAL HOSPITAL.they showed us the x-ray and all of the metacarpals are fractured and needing to be put back in place to heal properly and if we cant the next option would be amputation but my heart breaks knowing he could heal and go back to normal but because of my finances, he wont.

Unfortunately, ive used everything i had for my husband whose gotten sick and was out of work for half the year. and currently still paying for all his medical expenses. please, anything would be very appreciated.
