About this campaign

Moglee came into my life as an 8 week old chonka lil perfect labby. He’s that dog you get in your early 20’s who’s by your side through it all, moving, relationships, just transitioning into adult hood. Most would say he’s my emotional support dog as well as me his emotional support human. We’re stuck like glue.

Just a week ago we woke to notice moglees eye was a completely different color and leaking fluid throughout the day. We got him into the vet the next day. They referred us to an ophthalmologist. We ran through all the tests and with an ultrasound found he has a tumor in his left eye. Thankfully benign, but with the tumor growing bigger it’s best to remove his eye completely.

Moges is such a huge part of my family since my early 20s now into my 30s with kids of my own to see him love them the way I do, almost acting like the “nanny” type to them.

Looking for help with funding as the surgery is over $3,500. I have a little bit saved but not nearly enough to cover the whole surgery. As it was so sudden and unexpected we weren’t prepared for such a large bill.
