About this campaign
Truthfully, Molly became our little puppy girl by happenstance. My daughter wanted a dog and someone had returned Molly to the shelter we got her from. It’s because of her story that I knew she was going to join our family. We fell in love with her instantly and now shes her bigger fur-sisters best friend and we just love her so much.
Molly is the happiest little baby girl. She LOVES everyone and immediately wants to kiss them and just love on them. She lets us even hold her like a baby! She’s very affectionate and cuddly. She loves tormenting her older sister but also keeps her older sister young. Even though I rescued them at different times, I am often asked if they’re the same breed and are biological sister.
Due to illness, I wasn’t able to work in the field I was in and have had to take a significant pay cut and because of COVID, I didn’t work for most of 2020. These expenses are unforeseen and exorbitant but necessary.
We believe Molly to have kidney issues in which we are testing for. Molly has had blood in her urine, is lethargic, not wanting to eat or drink and is not her usual self. The vet suspects that this is only a starting point and that further tests and possible hospital care is needed. She first went to Sage for triage and will be seeing her reg vet at Groveway Hospital tomorrow and for future care.
We often joke that if a robber were ever to come, that Molly would invite them into our home for milk and cookies. THAT is how friendly and loving she is. She just wants to kiss and love on everyone. She also loves to “dance” on her two little hind paws- it’s the cutest thing. She bops me with her little nose and wants kisses from mom all the time. She’s just so sweet and affectionate.
