Molly is an 11-year-old Basset Hound in Franklin, VT, who needs $1,500 for CT scan.

I got Molly from my boyfriends father, due to her and his other dogs fighting. And since my she was boyfriends dog since childhood and moved in together we took her in. We have had Molly for about 6 months in our home. Not only have I fell In love but so has my dog General. She was really the missing piece to our family.

Molly is a chunky happy Basset hound. Who enjoys long naps and all the cuddles. She is not only friendly to me and my boyfriend but my dad fell in love with her the first time he saw her massive basset front paws. My boyfriend is her favorite person since she has been in her life for 11 years, but very quickly warmed up to me and everyone else she meets.

My boyfriend and I just moved into our first house and have been living paycheck to paycheck. We have maxed out all our credit cards to pay for all the vet visits so far. And she needs a CT to see what is pushing on her eyes. We just want our healthy happy bassethound back.

About a week ago we took Molly to Tannenberg veterinary for what seemed to be G.I. symptoms. But after multiple visits they had no idea what was really wrong with her. And a few days after our third vet visit we realized that her eyes were looking odd and she got cherry eye and we had to take her to Peak an ER eye doctor. We learned that there’s something pushing on her eyes and jaw.

My favorite thing about Molly is when she starts playing with my boyfriend she makes these very strange dinosaurs like noises. Because she gets so excited. I can never help but laugh at how much she does NOT sound like a dog. Although she is very lazy she loves when he gets her going and starts to get the zoomies.
