Moose is a 2 year old Maine Coon in Attleboro , MA, who needs $2,000 for Intussusception Surgery.

Moose came into our life about 2 years ago when he was about 6 month old as a playmate for Salem, our other cat. He earned his name because he is from Maine and we have always loved moose. Through the years he has earned a place in all the hearts who have met him. He has such a sweet and gentle personality. In return we have given all are animals the best love and care.

Moose started to throw up the Sat after Thanksgiving. We took him into urgent vet care Sun to find out there was for sure something going on in his intestinal area. Mon, we took him to Tufts Vet. They discovered he needed emergency surgery because of an Intussusception -when one part of the bowel slides into the next, like a telescope. Now after surgery he is not eating and still on the mend.

Moose loves everyone! He's great with all the other animals in the household, especially our other cat, Salem. Both the cats keep each other company when no one is home. Which has been so difficult lately because Moose has been sick. One of Moose's favorite things is to steal my straw and play hocky with it. He reminds me that its the little things in life that make all the difference.

Our savings account has been drained already from our other cats vet bills, $8000+. Moose is only 2-1/2 yrs old and has a long full life still ahead. We feel he has a chance at life still. Please help us in supporting Moose's fund in medical bills.
