Moose is a 1-year-old Rottweiler in Kenduskeag, ME, who needs $2,000 for a femoral head ostectomy, and treatment for infection and pneumonia .

We got Moose when he was 8 weeks old because we wanted Xena to have a playmate, she too is a Rottweiler. We have 2 other small dogs that are brother and sister, Rocky and Domino, and also 3 cats, Nixie, Tiger and Rex. Moose likes to play with Rex big family but my man never had children and mine are all grownup Moose and Xena love to see the grandkids .

Moose loves to play fetch and tug of war and go for walks we walk in the woods in a path out back of our house he also loves car rides I rarely leave home without him and Xena and when I do they wait at the door until I get home. He adores people and gets so excited when we have company especially kids and the UPS,FEDEX drivers he is such a sweet boy and he Loves to cuddle he sleeps next to mommy

I got done with my job June 2019 I was unhappy we thought we would be able to live off 1 income then I talked Matt into getting Moose with all the vet bills instead of have a nice savings we are in debt and Moose is due for his shots October 16th Thanks for your help

At 10 months we discovered moose had hip dysplasia so he had surgery a month or so later apparently there were bone fragments left behind so his leg got infected so another surgery which he was hospitalized a little over a week still recovering from those surgeries last weekend he spent at the emergency vet they said pneumonia this poor sweet baby has had a rough first year we love him so much 💕

Moose enjoys all people his best friend is Xena they love to chase each other around the yard up and down the hall and onto the couch. He is almost always the first one at the treat closet sitting and waiting milk bones are his favorite although he gets excited when I finish eating I always save them a bite. He is fascinated by big trucks heavy equipment, also when the horses walk by my lovebug❤️
