Moosh is a 12 year old American Shorthair in Martinsburg, WV, who needs $1,500 for UTI/Unresolved Defecating Issues.

We rescued Moosh from the middle of the road 12 years ago. She was laying in the middle of the road beside her sibling who had unfortunately been run over & killed. She lives with me, my husband & son.

Moosh began using the bathroom outside of the litter box around 3 weeks ago. She is normally a well behaved cat, so this behavior was unusual. I took her to the vet & had her anal sacs released, which didn't cure the problem. We went back to the vet & she was diagnosed with an UTI. Her antibiotic didn't cure the problem either, she was still pooping/peeing all over the house. Now Moosh is boarded.

Moosh is a very special girl. She is somewhat of a service animal in that she is very aware when people are upset and need extra love/attention. She loves to play fetch & play with her kicker toy. She wags her tail like a dog when she's happy & when you pet her.

I have Cerebral Palsy & don't work. My husband & I are living off of short term disability right now because he just had rotator cuff surgery. Unfortunately Mooshs unknown illness is coming at a time when we're already struggling. We boarded Moosh at Shanendoah Vets boarding
