About this campaign
I adopted Morena from a friend of mine in Puerto Rico who is a rescuer. My husband bring her to me by plane. Morena's name means brown hair in Spanish. I name her Morena because she is a chocolate Labrador Retriever mix, and also because I wanted her to have a Spanish name. She is the only pet in the household. She is a having a baby human sister in September.
She is playful pup, likes to play with all kind of pet toys like kong, balls . Her favorite game is catch and fetch. She loves her Dad and enjoy sleeping with both of us. She also likes to jump in two legs and belly rubs. She has the cutest eyes. Love to be outdoors playing with sticks and running around.
I am 6 months pregnant and my husband works in landscaping. The vet is requesting full payment before treatment. I want to see her running and jumping again as she use to do, can you help?
She has a mid-diaphyseal on the left forelimb. The name of the hospital is Crystal Creek Animal Hospital and the doctor's name is Dr. Giovanni Vergel. Morena has a left humeral fracture and the doctor recommended open reduction and stabilization of the fracture with a pin and bone plate. We offered to pay $500 and asked for a payment plan but the vet can't take payment plans.
One of her favorite toys are a kong toy which I fill with peanut butter and all type of outdoor sticks and pine cones. She is always wagging her tail because she is a happy dog. When my husband comes home from work she gets very exited because he is her favorite human. I love to dance with Morena in the kitchen and sing to her.
