Morty is a 5-year-old Pug who needs $2,000 for FHO Surgery.

My older son begged me to get a puppy. I was reluctant because we already have a corgi, cat, turtle, fish and a busy household of five…. but one look at his big brown big eyes and a wet kiss is all it took to seal his spot in our family. The house doesn’t feel the same with him being injured and lacking energy. It’s sad.

Morty is 5 month old , absolutely ADORABLE pug. He LOVES giving kisses, jumping and running in circles and chasing his tail(somehow that little bugger always gets away)! Morty is the one thing our family needed that we initially didn’t realize how much we needed him & with 2 recent family deaths, car accident & a family member currently in the hospital, he connected the family piece needed.

Morty loves to play fetch, chase his own tail- which is entertaining in itself! He gives the best snuggles with anyone willing to give/get luvs. He tries to play with his 13 year old corgi sister and his 16 yr old cat sister but those old ladies are not having it!! He’s made me laugh when I needed it the most or when I didn’t even realized my soul needed it with his big eyes, wet nose sneezes.

We initially thought that perhaps Morty sprained his leg due to his acrobatic moves. However, after a handful of days gone by and no improvements , the vet confirmed he has a fractured femur. Unfortunately, it has been difficult to find a surgeon that is available and one that won’t require me to sell a kidney to to to get my fur baby fixed. We were referred to AM PM Ideal Pet Care.

I was recently in an auto accident where my car was totaled and dealing with that mess. My daughter is on day 9 of being in the hospital, so there’s a great deal of financial needs going on.
