Motley is a 2 year old German Shepherd Dog in Windermere, FL, who needs $900 for Spay.

Hello! Motley has been with me almost 2 years as her birthday is 6/21/23! She is still in training to be my service dog for my hearing. I was born only able to hear out of one ear, so I need her like when I go to the store or anywhere else by myself. She is a show line GSD so she is very smart and also very calm and does well even in my apartment situation.

I am needing help as she is a picky eater and recently she went through a heat cycle before I could get her spayed and went off her food for a whole week. Took her to the vet and had to put her on special expensive food and will need to get her spayed in a few weeks to get her hormones back to normal. She was seen by Petfolk of Windermere, FL by Dr. Rice. Motley is still not wanting to really eat

Motley is a little weird about friends since a lot of people thing she is dangerous because of the breed but she was raised with my sister's golden retriever. She loves her new friend Twyla who is a Lab 6 month old puppy. They get along so well and have helped each other a lot. Motley loves playing in the rain and all her stuffed toys. She imprinted on me from the start.

I have no emergency fund due to being in a car accident and finding out the cost of repairs is more than the damage policy limit of the man who hit me so the rest is on me. Vet is wanting her to be spayed soon as to prevent another heat happening and this cycle repeating.
