Motley is a 2 year old German Shepherd Dog in Windermere, FL, who needs $1,100 for Spay.

I got my girl when she was 10 weeks old to be my hearing dog. I was born only able to hear out of one ear so with a GSD she would be able to alert me to others around me.

The name Motley comes from the rock band Motley Crue. It’s been a tradition in my family to use band names for dog names if possible.

She had a bad false pregnancy right after her last heat cycle and so the recommendation has been to spay her as soon as possible so that her hormones stay normal and she can keep weight on her.

She is getting spayed at the Windermere Petfolk animal hospital.

Ever since I got motley she has imprinted on me faster than any animal ever has to me. She doesn’t let me out of her sight but also such a smart girl and knows many commands.

She has a younger dog she loves to play with and really listens to her owner if I’m not home. She absolutely loves chomping on squeaker toys until she pops them.

So it’s been a crazy few months. My car was T-boned and it’s been a mess with insurance and my not so helpful attorney that was recommended to me. So I do not have a big emergency fund right now even if I end up working 55-60 hours a week.
