Mouse is a 3-year-old Domestic Shorthair cat in Caldwell, ID who needs $763 for emergency surgery.

Mouse was 1 of 7 kittens but she was born only half the size of the others, she literally fit in the palm of our hands. She was born with a major deformity, her face is smashed inward more on one side than the other and it is almost flat around her nose, she had to be bottle fed for almost the first 4 months of her life and she barely grew at all. She has pretty much been sick all her life with major respiratory problems and breathing issues bcuz her nose is so smashed in that she has alot of trouble with her breathing normally. She is devastated by things like cold or wind and allergies to basic things in the air, she has been my child for 3 years now and as she is growing it seems like the deformation of her face is more defined. But despite being so sick and on medicine most of her life she is the happiest little girl in the world, she is so sweet all the time and gives out nothing but pure love to everyone she encounters. She spends alot of her time riding around on my shoulders bcuz she thinks that's where she belongs, she will leap onto my shoulders when my back is turned and I'm several feet away from her and it scares me so bad lol. But she is truly an amazing animal, she is the light of my life, our bond is unbreakable and I would do anything for her and she is always there to give me love and playfulness whenever i need a smile, she is the most important thing in my life and my heart is aching for her right now in her condition that is currently ailing her, if I dont do something soon she is going to die and I will never be the same.
