About this campaign

Mr. Pennybone was given to me when he was just a few weeks old. I have had plenty of cats growing up but this cat was love at first sight. Feeding him from a bottle and watching him grow has been the best part of being a cat parent. Such little humans with their own personality and feelings.

Mr. Pennybone always trys to slap our legs or feet when we walk past. He would hide and come out of nowhere scaring us while trying to play in the middle of the night. He loves to cuddle with my daughter and loves to hide out in her room. He loves to lay down in the sink and enjoy the cool breeze from our bathroom window.

Vet bills at the moment are over $5000 and possibly growing. I am unable to afford this. I have put up my savings to care for my cat but still need help. It would mean the world to me to have my cat healthy again as he is more then a cat, he is our family.

My cat currently is unable to urinate on his own and has a blockage. They unblocked him once and sadly it blocked again. His potassium levels were sky high and now he has anemia due to all this and is in need of a blood transfusion. The veterinarian found blood for him but will now need to perform another surgery.

When he gets hungry everyone in the house would know. He would run his head on you or slip his paw under the door to let us know he was waiting outside for us. If it was night and we were sleeping he would take his paw and scratch the door until I opened the door then run to the bathroom so I can turn the faucet on for him. He only loves to drink fresh drinking water.
