My cat had been through many homes. My cousin got him from a couple that would keep him locked in the basement. I later adopted him from my cousin because his dog would attack him. Mr.Whiskers has been my best friend for the last 2 years.

For the last month his health has been seemingly deteriorating. Hes coughing and wheezing. He's lost weight. He doesn't want his treats like he used to. He breathes really fast and weird. I can tell he's sad and in pain.

Hes usually right by my side. Follows me everywhere. Sleeps curled up me. Hes such a smart kitty. He knows when someone's having a bad day and will give them cuddles and love. Hes just the sweetest gentlest kitty. I love him so much. Hes got the cutest little white murder mittens aka hes got little white paws that look like little gloves lol

I've been out of work because of a bad accident. Still recovering from fractured ribs and a broken tailbone. Im already behind on water and elec bills but I care about my cat more. He needs to see the vet immediately. Im scared he'll die waiting for me to be able to take him
