Muncy is a 1 year old Golden Retriever in Los Angeles, CA, who needs $2,000 for MRI Scan.

Muncy came into my life a little over a year ago when my friends dogs had puppies. I envisioned Muncy growing up and becoming a service dog for my 10-year-old nephew who is on the autism spectrum. It is just me alone and Muncy , as I’ve been working to train him to achieving that goal.

Muncy suddenly started collapsing a little over a week ago, and the onset was so sudden based on him just about to be turning one. A regular golden retriever always has high puppy energy, his sudden collapsing, and failure to come to startled me and we rushed to the VCA ChatOak here in the San Fernando Valley, which we were then quickly referred to an animal specialty hospital.

Muncy is a sweetheart, and the moment we brought him home, we all fell in love with him. My nephew and him immediately created a one-of-a-kind bond that I know is meant for a lifetime. Muncy always make sure to cuddle with you if you’re feeling sad and provides so much comfort. He fills our home with such happiness.

This sudden onset of collapsing has become an unexpected and overwhelm financial situation. Helping Muncy bounce back to his normal playful self will give us all the second chance at Hope and happiness that we’ve never felt before Muncy. 🫶🏻🐾💙🥺
