Munroe is a 11-year-old Domestic ShortHair Cat in NorthBay, ON, who needs $1,659 for Lumpectomy.

Munroe was the very first cat that joined our family. I got him on my birthday when i turned 20 we named him munroe because of his cute little black dot he has on his upper lip. Since then we have had 3 more additions to the family Marylyn, Mookie and Mocha. He loves his furry friends and family so much.

Munroe is a truly special cat and probably the most affectionate member of our family. If you are upset he is there to sit on your lap and purr your emotions away. Hes so good with the kids and our two youngest, one of them being autistic adore him and love to snuggle with him through out the day. Hes an emotional support crutch for the kids and us. He doesnt like fish but looves bacon.

Munroes favourite furry friend would be his wife marylyn who you can see in the pictures she had his litter of kittens 6 years ago thats how we got Mookie! They are always snuggling with each other and grooming one another and are rarely apart. Some of munroes quirks that often have us smiling is he has to sit on a warm pizza box no matter the cost. He also loves sticking his head in smelly shoes!

Munroe is currently a patient with an animal hospital in our town. We noticed a lump on his hip a few weeks back just before christmas and its been growing rapidly ever since so we brought him in and its been confirmed that he has a very large tumor almost the size of a base ball. If left untreated Munroe will eventually succumb to the tumor and i cant imagine our family without him.

We are a family on a fixed income with ODSP and with the increase of pricing across canada due to inflation we have been struggling also just had to fix our family vehicle so we had to take a payday advance loan with interest out which put us way more behind.
