Nala is a 6-year-old Border Collie in Arvada, CO, who needs $1,700 for Fracture Repair.

Nala came into our life when she was 3 months old. She was placed on an add we called the add broght her home and she was a little small furry ball very loving very sweet. My kids wanted to name her Nala like the lioness in the lion king. She has been with us since she was a little puppy almost seven years. She is a big part of my kids and my life.

At home Nala loves the outdoors. She loves playing soccer my children have taught her how to hit the soccer ball as is she was a soccer player but instead of using her head, she uses her mouth. She also loves, just loves the water especially if we are out watering the pl she wants us to squirt her with ther water and she tries to get it with her mouth, if you let her, she can do it all day.

Nala is a very tender gentle dog. She greats you with so much love, when she jumps on you, she will gently place her front paws on you. if you are sitting down, she will come to you get under your harms and just wants to be loved (don't ignore her because she will go right under your arm so she can get attention) she is just very sweet and always manages to put a smile in your face.

The reason for us seeking help is because she was attacked by a stray dog. The injuries she acquired are severe the vet had informed us that they are life threating injuries. She has multiple lacerations; all this has been tended too. She is at Plan Pethood Plus . they have been amazing they are trying to safe her front leg, so she is still at the vet clinic being tended too.

I am on a fixed income, I my kids that are all school age kids and this expense was truly not expected especially with the severity of the situation I do not have the means, but I also am not willing to give up on Nala.
